- Bean sprouts 
- 1 omelette with prawn and green onion
- Half a cup of bean sprouts 

5pm 
- Deep fried chicken wings 
- Yakult
- Carrot cake

- 2 deep fried chicken wings
- 1 bottle of yakult
- 1 plate of carrot cake
9:30pm 
- Orange 
- Apple 
- 1 orange
- 1 apple
